Central Reservations is here to assist FIU students in planning and executing their next student event. We have several small and large outdoor and indoor spaces for every occasion.
Registered student organizations in good standing on Panther Connect can submit space reservation requests for any available campus location through the online reservation system. Search for available spaces, submit your request, and receive confirmation via email.
Student organizations that would like to table at the Graham Center or Wolfe University Center are required to request a table through the EMS Web App. After you’ve decided on the perfect space for your event, use EMS Web App to request the space.
