Parking & Transportation
Events held on FIU’s campuses require parking and transportation arrangements. All guests visiting the university are required to obtain a parking permit, an event permit, or are required to pay for a metered space on campus. Parking & Transportation offers:

FIU Police
The FIU Police Department provides expert security and support by scheduling both sworn and non-sworn police personnel for special events. Safety officers aim to enhance the safety and environmental sustainability of our campuses, thereby creating a secure and welcoming environment for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors to live, learn, teach, work, and visit. Support services include:
